Car Battery Cleaning - easy to do it

-All-purpose household cleaner in a spray bottle

-Sponges or clean rags

-Source of fresh water, like a garden hose or a large bucket and sponge

-Rubber gloves to protect hands



There are some safety tips to keep in mind when preparing to clean the battery. First, safety glasses, you and gloves should be worn to protect your eyes and skin from sulfuric acid may remain in the tanks from corrosion.
